The trainees first placement is done! A massive thank you to all the mentors, teachers and staff who have supported them on their journey. They are becoming great teachers because off all the hard work and effort that has gone into their placements this term. We look forward to having them at WSTP for a couple of weeks of evidence informed pedagogy sessions before they start their next phase of their journeys in placement 2.
